The team is headed by Andrew MacGilp, Director of Commercial Property, who drives the
team built up over the last ten years to provide a consistent and high quality service. All functions are
undertaken in-house, giving the team ownership of projects/buildings and setting targets. We do all
of the fundamental tasks well that all investment and management teams should do, but from our
experience many just don't.
