  London & Scottish Property (LSP) have just completed the 28,000 sq. ft. letting of Rosalind House, Basingstoke, to New Voice Media (NVM), the largest letting in 5 years.

  The deal was secured by LSP identifying the opportunity to surrender a historic lease held at Rosalind House, whilst undertaking a pre-let of to be refurbished offices to NVM. This minimised any financial outgoings, letting uncertainty and has resulted in the instant enhancement of the asset’s value.
